  1. Try Thinking Of Things That Make You Happy, And What You Would Like To Dream About. That Can Calm You, And Make You Have Good Dreams!

  2. first of all, never be scared of your dreams.  they are only here to help u in life.  by having nightmares, it is common that people are confused, frustrated, angry, or depressed.  and having good or confusing dreams directly after having a nightmare is common.  this obviously means that u may be having trouble thinking something out or making a desicion, but u just dont know it.  things as little as what to wear in the morning or what to have for lunch tomorrow can do this to sum1.  dont worry and talk to people about these dreams to help u.
