It seems to me that you are speaking of babies born with both male and female genitals, you are cruel for asking this. But, since I work in a baby unit I will explain. they do genetic testing to see if the baby is male or female by the chromosomes, then they operate and fix the baby to the gender it should be. You re rude and crude and mean.

They aren't born this way, but with the use of hormones, are created.

Best to use the Ladies, cuz they mainly look female.

NO ONE IS EVER BORN AS A s*****e!  That is biologically impossibility. A s*****e is a g*y man who has had surgical alteration to live like a female but retains his male genitals as he likes to use them in g*y sexual circumstances. He should use the mens room at all times!

If however you are referring to an intersexed person who is a true hemaphrodite then that person should utilize the appropriate restroom that they feel correct for their s*x.

i never heard of anyone being BORN a she-male. but most transvestites use the ladies room.
