  1. Since your string of symbols does not differentiate, I am going to assume you meant Ti +2Cl2 => TiCl4

    One mole of titanium reacts with 2 moles of chlorine gas Cl2 to give one mole of titanium tetrachloride.

    A. Cl2 is limiting and you can only get 4 moles of TiCl4

    B. There is an XS of Cl2, but the TI runs out at 7 moles to give 7 moles of TiCl4.

    C. 18.8 moles of Cl2 can consume, 9.4 moles of Ti - but there is an XS of Ti, so only 9.4 moles of TiCl4 can be produced.
