For those familiar with the garment district in NYC (34th-40th st, 6th-9th avenue)?

There is this store that I went to with hundreds of turtles in the window. As soon as you walk into the store there is a wall of souvenir boxes with necklaces in them. Behind this there is expensive jewelry for sale. I'm pretty sure that the store is Japanese. Do you know what the store is called or where exactly it is? If you can help me, Thank You so so much!!!
