For those halo 3 players [pros] i have a Q for you guys?

okay recently i have seen and observed a few halo players who are recruits but have a skill of 30 or something

what they do is they make alot of kills for their team,and when the meter is 48/50 [team slayer] they quit so the don't rank up.

but why do they do this?is it harder to find someone when you are a general?

okay this is how it is im a 50 in halo 3 and i see this all the time its because the less exp you have you will rank up quicker lets say your a 42 and your a recruit and you play against a 47 brigadier in doubles and you beat him your 42 will go to a 44 in like one game and when they quit out of a game when they know there gonna win thats because when you quit out you lose the exp but your still get the skill rank its a stupid thing to do its for noobs only that cant get a 50 and plus its boring you have to quit out of so many games and it makes your record suck

They just want to keep going against easy people (noobs) if they didn't quit they'd be leveling up more and going against people who were better, which apparently they don't want.
