For those in Southern California~ Did you feel that earthquake?

There was this small earthquake that occured today exactly at 11:42am. It happened in the house when I was talking. Then, there was this sudden rumble underneath the earth. It was over after like 20-30 seconds. When it was over, I switched on the news, they were measuring the strength of the force on richter scale and we were told to expect aftershocks. Thank God, the magnitude was 5.4

I didn't even feel any of the aftershocks and my aunt said she did.

We were told on the news, there was slight damage in property. However ,no significant injuries were reported. They also said to expect a big earthquake in the next decade. Its magnitude will be between 7.0 - 9.0

something like that but I don't where to expect it because they didnt say.

I mean who in Southern California did not feel it? Obviously, the ppl driving thier cars.

wow i was so scared.me and ma little brother were home alone,but ma dad didn't leave he was like I'm going he steps out and it started know ma little brother is like whats going on and I'm like nothing its nothin cuz he was scared about to cry I'm like get outside and ma dad was stuk on the stairs ................scared

I felt it very much, I was at school and our mascot, the knight, it was shaking and it seemed as if it would almost fall down. I know a whole school that didn't feel the earthquake, it was my sister's school, but I still don't get why they couldn't have felt it.

I felt it!  I live south east of long beach..... it was so weird.. haven't felt an earthquake for a while!.... Thank God no one got hurt!!!!....

i felt it. i was asleep and it woke me up. i was scared  i just kept thinking any second now its just going to get stronger. i hate earthquakes.

i felt it, and it was very scary

they said that there were about 40 aftershocks total
