For those in california please answer?

is this a good star score?

448 for reading

480 for history

508 for science

and 540 for math

i dont like my reading or history score but my parents are pised about this and said i wont go to berkeley...

i dont even want to go to berkeley D=

Anything over 400 is considered Advanced so I don't know why your parents are upset.  You got above 400 in everything.

going into high school? you're gonna be taking 3 more years of star tests then!

how you did depends on the amount of points possible. it will say on your score report wether u are in advanced, proficient, etc. if you can tell us what category you were placed in, it would be easier to judge if your scores are good. if you are still in 8th grade, there is no need to worry. you have got years ahead of you and star tests dont really matter. for the most part, what school you get into depends on your sat scores, the classes you take in high school (esp sophomore and junior years), and the grades you get in them. By then, maybe you can convince your parents to letting you get into your dream college! :D hope this helps, good luck and peace! :D
