For those of you in I.T.— what kind of things do business' look for when I am at work?

I know many workplaces block myspace.com and other sites. What else are they doing while I work on my computer? We have all Mac stations here. What are they watching for? My administrator can even take over my computer while I am on it. What are they capable of?

Pretty much they have access to everything you do, see, and save. They can see what you are doing live if they want to with out you knowing  if you do not know what to look for.

They can keep browsing records of all the sites you visit.

They can review all the email sent and received.

If you want true privacy at work you will have to take some measures.
