omg, at marys i found a gross long hair in the middle of my cake and i focking complained and my whole meal was free!!!!!!

Ummm, complain to the manager, get my money back and go somewhere else if I still have an appetite.

OH MY GOD. I once went to Arby's, and I found 3 short (maybe pubies) hairs and a big long hair in my sandwhich. I got 3 free desserts and a shake. I've never eaten there since.
