  1. I have 5 for each of the ones I shoot on a regular basis.  The ones I normally don't shoot much only 2.

  2. None. Since one of my kids took my Ruger model 1, all my handguns have this round thing in the middle that I stuff cartridges in, the way God and Sam Colt intended be done with handguns. ;-)

That's OK, though. I'm holding his USP 40 (with 2 mags) hostage.

  3. Two for the 9mm, two for the .45.  And the others aren't semi-autos, they have 100 round ammo boxes.

  4. 5 magazines for my P-14

    6 magazines for my P-13

    3 Magazines for my HiPower

10 magazines for my 1911 Commander

    2 for my P-08

    2 for my P-38

  5. I've had my HKUSP40 for almost 15 years, I've collected around 15 magazines in that time, not bad, one a year.

I have about 6 1911 magazines, would like a few more.

Too many Beretta magazines to count, literally dozens.

    12 CZ magazines

    4 S&W magazines

    2 AMT magazines

    2 Radom Magazines

A couple handfuls of speedloaders for revolvers

    4 Walther magazines

    I'm probably forgetting some.

  6. For my semi-autos...3

  7. 3 for each......

  8. Lots. The thing ain't any good without mags. And you never know when you won't be able to get more or when one might break. Don't be a skimpy chump.

  9. 2 for each. I also own revolvers that don't need a magazine because they use a cylinder that holds the ammunition and it's built into the gun.

  10. For my semi auto I have at least three per firearm.  Doesn't matter if it's for defense, plinking or setting in a safe.  Factory magazines are always a good bet.  For M1911A1 type handguns I also like Chip McCormick & Wilson Tactical.

I tend to have at least two speed loaders for revolver if they make a speed loader to fit.

  11. At an absolute minimum

    Two extra per gun

Right now I have over 30 1911 mags

5 for my Beretta 6 for my Hi Power and 5 for my 4006

Anything that has a detachable magazine has an inherent weakness waiting to disable the gun

Having multiple mags is the easiest quickest fix for the most common problem that can effect a semi gun

  12. I think eight for the 1911A1, sadly just one for the Luger, and three for one Makarov and one for the other or maybe two apiece - I can never remember. All the wheelguns only have one cylinder.

  13. I have the original two with my 45 xd , 9mm xd has 5, and 3 for my ruger 9mm.

  14. That's a secret!*

  15. Is this a Obama/batf survey??

  16. 2 for my glock modal 30 45 cal but soon i am going to get rid of it to get a FNP-45, DA/SA, USG that comes with 3 14 round clips and then i will buy 7 to 8 more u never know how many u will need

  17. I have a lot.  You can never have too many.

I have two M&P handguns and one Browning Hi Power.  I have 8 magazines for each.

  18. I have 5 magazines for each gun I own that takes magazines. I only purchase factory magazines. After listening to my Dad grip for years about the after market magazines he purchased, I decided factory was the way to go.
