  1. Because man= us (humans) developed a way to get our slaves to get to work in the morning, and go to bed at night.  I have been a slave to time since.

If I did not have a Calender or my clock I would loose so much information.  The only way I can say what happened when, is to know where in time I really am.

My biggest problem with time,  and right this moment is, that I have to remind myself that I have NOT been here before.   Something keeps causing me to feel that I am in a re-run.

  2. time, yes it exists in a sense, to many get hung up in earthly concepts..the most simple state of time..is the expanse of the universe..even though their is far more to it than that .

  3. Define time without using the word time.Time is an illusion Janice Joplin talked about how its all the same f-ing day!

  4. Ever heard of Einstein ? and the concept of spacetime ?

    no?

    so read here:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spacetime

  5. Neale Donald Walsch has written extensively about the concept of time not existing.  I believe that in the book HOME WITH GOD, he explains why.

In a nutshell he asks the reader to imagine the present moment as a spindle, a long needle, so to speak and that is all there ever is, an ever present moment with a zillion scenarios, sheets of your life's paper, one on top of another, moving from one moment to another.  If you think about yesterday, what makes it a time in the past?  It is simply a memory, which is a thought in your head, right?  What is the future?  It is simply a projected thought in your head, right?

Once you get past this moment, it becomes the past, a thought, a memory and ditto with the future.  Once you get there, it becomes only one moment, the present, so time is really only a description of documenting where these thoughts are in your mind.  That's about as simple as I can explain it, but my explanation isn't much compared to the way it is described in the book.  There is sooooooooo much more to it!

I once read in a Sylvia Browne also book that if you were to be locked up inside a casino, without windows and couldn't see the time of day (as in whether it was night or day)... you would soon lose track of time the longer you stayed in there and soon it wouldn't matter as your existence is not dependent on time... you just are there doing whatever you do, every present moment.

  6. I would try to give some example for that time exist and not - in our minds-from some time I / as adorer of repeated numbers combinations/ began to make my phone calls at time as 10.10, 15.15 , 16.16 etc. /whitout planning it- just I call to friends for to talk or ion business/ and after I open the phone I see at what time I make the conversation- Perhaps my mind combines the necessity with the pleasure to see what I like on the display - so the time is function of our minds,/thats my logik/

  7. If time didn't exist, then are you zero years old?

are you not wasting time here right now?  How can you waste something that does not exist?

and if time didn't exist.....then what is really happening when Yahoo sez they are taking their coffe break and breather?

Is their coffee break eternal, or is it over before it starts?

    Sometimes it just seems eternal......but-----------

I am pretty sure time exists.   In fact, I'm late right now...........bye!

  8. because i read this book called "Conversations with God" and it convinced me.. youll have to read it in order to get the legitimate answer

  9. If time didnt exist, then everything would be stuck on pause... nothing would grow, get older, die....Time is passing no matter what....

The earth being billions of years old, thats time...If we took away our clocks and forgot about time existing, we would still get older and everything in life and universe ages with time...

  10. Ever hear of sacred geometry? How about the Masons?

"What time is it? There is no time."

  11. I can't wait to read all the existential, post-modern semantical masturbation explaining how time doesn't exist.

  12. There is no real time.  Time is just the measurement of change.  What really is happening is our reality is constantly changing in infinite ways on a linear grid both horizontally and vertically. Really everything is "now" and changes in eternity. If I got close to a black hole time would start to slow down because the intense pull of gravity which bends space-time. If I had no mass time would not exist to me, I would fall into the velocity of "c"(speed of light). Time is not fixed, its just perception.
