  1. i'm 39 weeks, and had mine stripped last week.

i cramped nonstop for two days, had a little bit of spotting, and lost pieces of my mucus plug. no baby though!

  2. Stripped at 41 weeks. I was in full blown labor in about 10 hours. It was painful, for me. Some people say it's just uncomfortable.

  3. I haven't but my step sister has and she went into labour 16 hours later. She was 41+2 weeks.

She said she had some mild bleeding and it was uncomfortable at the time.

    I hope this helps.

  4. I had mine stripped 5 days before my due date. I felt crampy, and spotted a tiny bit. I honestly don't know why they stripped them though, because they admitted me to the hospital about 3 hours later for an induction. They did recommend that after they strip them, you should walk as much as possible. So if you're having this done, you might want to head to the mall and walk for a while. If you have no changes, go for a walk throughout the day. Good luck!
