For those that own HD DVD Players?

Question

How mad are you that the format ended so fast? I don't think it had been an entire year yet.

I have several hddvd movie but still......... I thought the format would last much longer than it did.

There isn't a huge difference between Blueray, and HD DVD.  Don't be so hastey to sell them off.  Also, be prepared for the next HD revolution to come in another format, other than spinning disc, as that technology is comming to an end much like VHS has.

Im not too mad..... I got the Xbox 360 HD player when it was 200 bucks. At the time of release it was one of the Better Unpconverters and HD players rated for quality so even though the war is over i still have a NOW over priced nice Upconverter. And to be honest there is a difference between an upconverted DVD to an HD/Blu ray dvd but not big enough for me to really care :). I will continue to watch normal DVD's upconverted on my HD player.

That was so stupid! making hd dvd an then just bringing out blue rays.. i have more than 20 hd dvd movies makes me mad.. might as well have had save my money for the blue rays!
