For those that remember, who do you think was more hated: David Duke or Barack Obama for president?

I know David Duke was a former clansman that ran for president. But I don't remember the outright hatred for him that I hear some spew against Obama. They act like Obama is evil incarnate or something.

That is THEIR problem, isn't it.  People with hate in their heart towards someone, will not EVER see the honesty and intelligence in that person, they will continue to grasp at innuendos and rumours, just to say something negative and hateful.  I do not know anything about David Duke, but I have followed Obama, and I have not seen, nor do I see, the "outright" hatred towards him, except from the racists and prejudiced people.  They only hurt themselves, and those of us who are intelligent enough to see what is going on, will not go down to their level.  Hate begets hate and I feel sad from some people who seem to live their lives in this state.

  8. You're right.  Obama has even been accused of being the antichrist.  David Duke was only shunned but not accused of being evil.  What does that say to the millions of African American children in society?

  13. These people are nuts. They hate Obama because of the color of his skin. Nothing he says or do can be right. Lets forget that McCain wants more war (I'm kinda tired of my husband going to Iraq...really)... hooray...McCain votes against women rights(pesky rights who needs them)...hooray...Oh yeah tax cuts for everyone (newsflash someone has to pay the deficit and balance the budget again)... hooray. So McCain has my vote!
