For those who are going to IT Day in Washington?

I was wondering if it's free. I checked the website, and there's a form there for registration, but the registration seems to be for participants, and I would just like to watch. I filled it out and it mentioned to "please arrive early to get your namebadge and welcome packet", so that makes me think that it's meant for participants only. And if it's not free, then how much is it, and do you have to sign up?

I would doubt it is free, they have to pay for materials, kits, and other expenses.
