For those who can and do astrally project...

What does it feel like? Do you feel in control - even though it may take letting go of 'control'? What was your most satisfying experience?

its astral projection. and I have never done it but all cases reported stat similar symptoms. pressure on the body, confusion, chest pain when coming back, the like. also some people do it and don't realize they are doing it. they wake up before their spirit is back in their bodies and feels as if they can't breath or move or that there is a great weight on their chests. you can learn to to do it however, just look it up.

For me, there is no "feel" to it.  You can feel the human stuff if you concentrate, but I don't like them.  Astral s*x has a very different feeling than the real one.  Etc...

But, while I'm trying to do it, I do feel sensations/vibrations (electric, spikes, floating).

I'm always in control, you have to be in control to do it successfully.

Letting go of control results (for me), going into a dream state

Most satisfying experience was when I actually visited a Human-made location in the Astral Plane.  It was a pyramid on a small island.
