Me: moving seeing old man in kitchen.

Me: Moved. Doors slammed. Ghost in uncle's old house AKA my new house.

Me: Moved. Something possessing me. Strange feelings in my room.

Last night: Cat reading my mind doing what I told him to do in my hear.

Now, what do you think?

Yeah, your other one was WAY too long.  If you are seeing this old man everywhere, maybe he is real and stalking you.  Strange feelings and doors closing "by themselves" ARE NOT signs of ghosts.  Your cat reading your mind is laughable, and even if it happened, I don't see how this would lead you to think you had a ghost.

Wierd. I think that someone is trying to tell you something. Does the man look like anyone you know? If not it could be a past ancestor or something. I think you need to try and contact them, but you need to do it safe or you really can become possessed. Maybe your cat is possessed? I dont know. Thats scary

The cat didn't read your mind.  Your thoughts remained inaccessible:  the cat only got the words you thought at him, not the thoughts behind that.  Don't see it as more than it is.

When you sense something, acknowledge the sensing, but do not focus on it, or you give away choice.  Trust yourself - yes, you heard the noise, doesn't mean it came from someone or something trustworthy or even anything you should communicate with.  Choose.

In the list above you do not mention the knife.  That sort of thing is why you don't trust what you do not know.  Yea, it's there, doesn't confer ethics or values.

Never, ever burn sage without having at least one window or door cracked.  Same idea with a candle.

Nurture yourself.  Be a good and trustworthy friend to yourself, and a reliable one.

welcome to the what the h**l do i do club.  I have the same types of issues. Since i was very young.  You may have an ora about you that draws spirits to you.  So get used to hearing bumps in the night and shadows in the corner of your eye.  Good luck finding someone to help everyone just laughs you off
