  1. I love it actually. As long as you have the motivation to get it done, you get the chance to focus on only the stuff you need to focus on to understand the concept- and you don't have to listen to teachers who drone on about stuff you already know. Sure, sometimes you may need to do more work in certain units, but some of the sutff is really interesting. Besides, alot of it is easier than school stuff. Major bonuses include no pop quizzes, and you have no set in stone due dates right away. I am doing grade 12 biology.

Make sure you have the time and patience though- if you run into problems, you can really get frustrated. I would recommend having someone who will take it with you- that way you can work together.

  2. no not really its actually kinda hard cuz you get focused on you man and friends and sometimes you lose focus on the work and keep delaying it and then you have a whole weeks of work to do in like two three days.... so its not all what you think u do more work than you do at school....

  3. You need to be self-motivated, there are no set dates to turn in work. You need to be prepared to set your own deadlines, and complete your assignments.  If you get stuck, choose a program where you can email the instructor questions for clarification.  I just want to really say - you have to be self-motivated because there is alot of freedom, you set your own pace to turn in assignments or take test.  Sometimes it seems like less work than taking the class on campus, but thats not true.  Some courses require the same amount or even more work.  You just dont have to attend a physical class. Check to see how many books/workbooks/cd's the course requires before you sign up.  The class could also cost more than taking it on campus.  But, if you are trying to finish early, or makeup a class, or even study and need a flexible class time, it is worth it. Before you enroll in the class find out how much time you have to complete the class, it can range from 3 - 18 months, otherwise you could possibly waste your money if you dont follow thru on the assignments before the end date.  If you need the class to graduate, see how long it will take to report you grade back to your school so that you will make the cut off deadline at your school...othewise you could miss the deadline, waiting for them to post your grade to your transcript.
