For those who have LG Rumor phone...?

Question

Whenever I turn it on or off it makes a noise (like it kinda plays a jingle) and I find it really annoying. I lost the manual and I have no one who can tell me how to get rid of it. I tried going to my settings to see if I could remove the sound but no luck.

Is it even possible to if so can you explain how?

go to settings > sounds > volume > power On/Off > set that volume to off
