For those who have rented houses and apts......?

is it better to rent a house, or did u enjoy living in an apt. complex?

Tell me ur experience, esp if u have kids.

lived in a apt for 3 years and now been renting a home for 2 years n counting in san antonio..and my wife misses living in a apt JUST because there is other people other than her and im always at work meaning shes by herself but surrounded by people.. if she gets robbed or whatever lol shes paranoid but she lovvves the house cause you can do whatever..you have privacy. :D

I liked renting a house - no shared walls.

The only differences of the properties are those who have private backyards while apartments dont.
