  1. depends where you go. but most likely they will. good luckk

  2. You can go with someone who's over 18, so if you're brothers willing to go with you, take him.

  3. you have to go with a  parent.

i tried to take my sister with me before but they need your parents signature in case something happens for example an infection.

  4. Most states require a parent if you are under 18.  Otherwise the shops risk being shut down.

  5. Mosat places will accept you with someone who is of age, but other places need your PARENTS signature when you go in. I know that that was the case when I got my belly-button pierced when I was 15. My mom came and signed. Your best bet would be to just phone the place and ask. Hope this helps!

  6. well my friend needed his mom and her id to get his tongue pierced so you will porbably need your mom to go with you I think its stupid but thats the way they are

  7. Although there are places that will take a sibling's consent, I would steer clear of them.  If they are lax on that rule, it's hard telling what else they are lax on.  You want a place that is very clean and strict about the rules.  This is your body and your health!

  8. I think it varies state to state. I think as long as you have a legal adult to sign the consent then they can't argue otherwise. my older cousin took my sister to get her ears pierced
