  1. What? You are making no sense at all!

  2. If you file an I-131 you can go back almost immediately and get married.  However, your new spouse will have a wait of about 5 and 1/2 years before a visa is available.

  3. They key is if you have the green card or not. If you are still 'conditional' then I would recommend waiting until your status is cleared up. Which may take 3 years- you should be able to look at card and tell. But once that conditional status is lifted- then you are free to do as you wish.

  4. thats case f2b.unmarried sons and daughters of a permanent resident..until you get your permanent resident card (green card) which will approximately take 3 to 4 weeks upon arrival at your port of entry..it will be mailed to you.,and if you have money for ticket,u can go back to ur country of origin and marry.go back to the U.S. again and petition your partner asap.thats what ill be doing..ill be in U.S. next month..good luck to me..hehehe
