For value for money wheres the best place to eat out on international drive?

Can't remember the name, but there is a seafood house with a buffet on International and Universal that had crab legs, lobster and bacon wrapped fillet mignon on the buffet and at the time about  a year ago the price was 19.95 per person.  If you are looking cheaper than that, there is a nice burger joint on International headed toward route 4

Sorry, missed the breakfast part.   Best bet there, is probably a chain like Denny's.  Although the Wyndham hotel on International had a real nice breakfast buffet when I stayed there on business a couple years ago.  Can't remember the price.
