  1. sounds cool! say do YOU play 40k as well? e-mail me at yoyoda97@yahoo.com

  2. Well, to an extent there's nothing wrong with it as a concept.  But part of the grand attraction of the Vampire Counts is that their evil is deliberately contrasted with the excesses of Chaos.  The VCs are controlled, stable and permanent (everliving).  Chaos is wild, untamed and unpredictable (everchanging).  These contrasting ideas are a fundamental part of the attraction of each army.

So by and large I'd say that you should decide which of these appeals to you more and do that one.  On the other hand, VCs have a bunch of awesome new models, a new Army Book and a terrifyingly potent force, so I can see why someone who really feels drawn to Chaos would want to imbue a VCs army with the feel of a Chaos army.

If this is you, then don't let me stop you.  But you should be aware in advance that, however, Chaos-y your army looks, it will still be a VCs army: potent, yes, but still essentially predictable.  So you may find, ultimately, that you don't get from the army what you're looking for.
