I guess people write blogs to share their thoughts with others.

I think people write blogs so that if they have something to say they can get it off their chest.  And if they want on of their friends to see it and comment on it they can also read it.  Or if they want to see what they thought about some day then they can on their blog

i write blogs to let everyone know how im doing, how i feel and what i think...

instead of sending each contact an email, y not do the blogging?

I write blogs to keep up with myself, stay in touch with others, get it off my chest,, etc.  Blogs provide me with a journal, of sorts, when I don't have to sit down and write it out...which is often.  I love blogging!
