The normal answer would be Angel Falls. However I have to say that to me Venezuela's natural wonder its the people themselves, it's a wonder how they fight everyday for democracy and their freedom from the dictatorship of Hugo Chavez.  I am amazed at how they dont give up and continue fighting for their beloved country. Way to go Venezuelans!

Angel Falls (indigenous name: Kerepakupay Vená) is the world's highest free-falling, freshwater waterfall at 979 m (3,212 ft), with an uninterrupted drop of 807 m (2,648 ft), located in the Canaima National Park, Venezuela. The cliff is so high that some believed dinosaurs to be lost in time on top. This myth is what inspired Sir Arthur Conan Doyle to write his famous fictious novel, The Lost World.

The falls cannot be seen on cloudy days, and there is no guarantee a visitor will see them. During the dry season (December to March) there is less water than is seen in some photos, but it is also more likely that the top will not be clouded.
