Most people would say Carey, however, being a goal kicker always goes hand in hand with hero status where the media are concerned. Glen Jackovich was a great player but because he wasn't overrated like Carey it's really hard to make a distinction as to whether he was better or not.

Carey, i would say, but jaka used to get the better of Carey most of the time, having said that it is easier to punch from behind all day than to mark a ball, backmen punch, spoil, get the footy and run straight ahead, forwards turn, mark, kick for goal. harder to be a forward.

I would have to say Glen Jackovich just because he played in the back line and even tho he played for the eagles he is a Freo Boy thats why i think he is better Then Wayne Carrey even tho the are both very good players

I'm goin against the people who have voted so far and say Glen Jakovich. I think he was a good player for the WCE and is doin a good job in a commentary position now days.
