You will need to get more specific with your question.

I have well over $1000.00 worth of tools just for various types of door installations.  They aren't all necessary for every type of door installation, and some of them are useful for other types of installations.

There is a lot of knowledge necessary to properly install windows and doors.  It's pretty easy to mess it up.

Work your way through articles on the web about each kind of installation.  There is a lot of info out there and many of those articles list the tools you will need for each project.

I hate to tell you this, but, your question is too open ended and your details are inadequate to even make a crazy guess at the labor although my gut instinct says you may need to add about 3-4 K to your labor figure.
