I think he can pick up a title. but not conquer the division. I think Manny has pretty much maxed himself out at 130.

Part of his fire and intensity has been lost since becoming rich and a cult hero back home. This will not serve him well as he tries to take on even bigger guys.

I'll be rooting for him though.

For my opinion. hum, I think that he will not be able to clear that division. there are bigger guns up there. I like to see pac with amir khan. or Joel Casamayor.

Pacman's weaknesses were exposed by JJM and If marquez did not get him KO, there are others that will be able to tag the Phillipino Tornado. and maybe able to beat him.

If pac does control lightweight division, he will be known as the best Filipino boxer ever come out from Pinoy world.

against david diaz, sure! But against nate c, j diaz and joecasa, I don't think so. He will really feel the hurt once he gets a solid shot from a pure lightweight. Even against michael katsidis, im not gonna favor him to win. I'm not a pac hater though, just being realistic. And now there are talks that after d.diaz, he will face ricky hatton (140 lbs) and then oscar de la hoya (147 at least), c'mon now. It's really amazing how money can change one's mind and ego.
