Force Place Insurance?

I advise my previous insurance company to cancel my policy, they did however option one sent them a check without our knowledge, we notice when we receive our monthly payment. we receive our new insurance on 12/28, our old policy expire 12/22. I spoke with someone in customer service advise me to send the check back from the other company and proof of insurance, I did all that and now they telling me that they can not take odd the insurance. what to do?

Open the telephone book.

Look under your state government listing.  Find the Commissioner of Insurance.  

Call and ask for the consumer protection unit.

Let them contact the insurance company.  Next, the company representative will collapse.  Then a secretary can call 911.
