  1. Hi and I just love Dodge products. And the dealerships are friendly and they provide a lot more information  that I have seen in other dealerships! MOPAR rules! Have a great day!

  2. No such answer is available.  It mostly depends upon the individual dealership.  Keep in mind that the number of dealerships will be much less in the future when selecting a dealer and unfortunately some of the customer service oriented dealers (smaller) will succumb to the pressure to close.  From my perspective a smaller dealer is more inclined to have better customer service since he has fewer people to choose from and can't afford to lose what he has.

  3. I would say GM/Chevrolet is better, I've never had much problem with them.

I hate going to Ford dealerships or getting our company trucks serviced (a Ford F250 and two F450s). The service is terrible and the salesmen know nothing about the vehicles. If something goes wrong with the trucks, you have to fight to get them to honor the d**n warranty.

  4. Best for what. Deals? Mileage? Fastest car? Least expensive? Most expensive? Hybrid?

    I can talk about service.

My experience is Ford sucks big time and will fight you tooth and nail on warranty issues and I have been screwed so bad that I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them (owned quite few Fords). The corporate help line people would give no help at all and a waste of time. I even had a written statement from another dealer saying that the original dealer (warranty repair) put the part in wrong and because of incorrect installation, the transmission blew up. It cost me close to $3000 to fix it myself. Neither Corporate nor the original dealer would help out.

I had my share of trouble getting the Chrysler dealer to fix my Dodge pickup w/V10 and 5 speed, I finally had to go back and talk to the r****d that couldn't adjust a clutch correctly and tell the moron how to do his job. Chysler service was so bad that I didn't buy another Dodge pickup last year. I almost had an accident on the way home from the "repair" while pulling off the freeway and the clutch wouldn't disengage the gears. And a call to the Corporate complaint department was useless and absolutely no help at all.

I decided on the GMC pickup when I bought my new truck. My last experience with the GMC dealership a couple of weeks ago proved that they will back up what they promised.
