Ford Expedition 02 car audio problems?

It seems the back speakers in the first row of seats in the back is not working. The only speakers playing music are in the front of the car. I press dual play and have messed around with the buttons up front but it dosnt make a difference..does anyone know how to fix this?

TRY THE FADE OPTION.  OR TELL THE KIDS TO SHUT UP SO YOU CAN HEAR IT.

When you turn on dual play, a headphone symbol should come on the radios display and the rear seat passengers can select to hear different audio source through their headphones. For example, the driver can listen to a CD while the rear seat passengers listen to the radio or watch a DVD. This is Fords multimedia system and dual refers to sources rather than pairs of speakers. It turns off the rear speakers because the rear passengers are listening to something else on their headphones. Turn off dual play to have all speakers play.
