Anyone who has one/used to have one

How many miles did you get per gallon?

Was it horrible in snow or bad weather?

What do you think of it?

The 2005 and newer Focus with the Mazda designed  2.0L Duratc engine is a good little car.  You can expect 25+ mpg in city driving and 30+ mpg on the highway.  These handle very well and the front wheel drive is good in snow if not too deep.  There are lot's of good buys out there because the resale value is not as high as a corolla or civic.
