  1. I just went through this problem myself on my escape.   Pounding with a mallet wouldn't do it (but maybe helped loosen), using a puller wouldn't do it,  spraying with WD40 wouldn't do it, what finally worked , and wasn't that hard to do, was a truck winch bar pried behind the center portion of the disk.

  2. Double check and make sure it does not have the lug locks on it. Many of the fords will have lockers that they put on the studs to help hold the rotor true. If you have them you can turn them off the studs or use a s***w driver and a hammer and split the locks. Ford recommends that you replace them, but if you don't have a parts store that carries them you will be ok to reinstall the rotor and caliper. If you do not have the lockers on it. Then it just needs to have some good penetrating oil spray on it to break it lose. Use something other then WD-40. I have rarely ever had good luck with it. Look for Liquid Wrench, It's really good penetrating oil and I have never broken a bolt off using it. It frees up rusted rotors quickly and you use less of it compared to WD. Good luck and hope this has helped.

  3. keep pounding!

    spray some wd-40..

worst comes to worst, cut it off!

  4. If your trying to get it of the car and it's stuck to the hub then I might suggest soaking it really good with something like WD-40 around the studs trying to get in behind the stud holes and continue with the hammer, making sure to hit it right around the wheel studs. If the rotor is junk then after you spray it you might want to try and hit it from the back side of the rotor, hit it right on the brake surface. It will eventually come off!!  When you install the new ones or reinstall the present ones make sure to coat the inside surface that makes contact with the hub with some anti-sieze jel to avoid this from happening again. GOOD LUCK!!!
