Is the oil filter on ford focus at rear of engine

Depends on what engine you have. Petrol or diesel and what cc ?

Edit: Yes it on the back of the block. You either need to jack the car up or you may be able to reach it by through the right hand wheel arch if the wheel is on full lock.

if you are underneath its at the rear of the engine to the right.

If you have the zetec petrol engine it is at the back.
