They sent me a scratcher bingo card. It says I could win one of these prizes:

-Four Wheelet ATV

-4 day/3 night vegas vacation

-$750 in gas

-2008 ford focus.

Well, I got a bingo. It sounds like a scam.. has anyone else gotten this? Is it a scam? I do not want to go down there and have them pressure me to buy a car. I am assuming that every card that went out was a bingo winner

  1. As far as I know, it's a scam.  I would have assumed the same thing.  I believe if you read it, it'll say that you should come in and see if you've won a prize.  I get those all the time too.

  2. i got mine also i won the 4 wheeler but i have to go pick it up in person and listen to a sales pitch,i passed on it,its not worth it,and it didn't even give the name of the 4 wheeler either, its just a scam ,and that was the first thing i had ever won also,oh well maybe next time it will be for real, good luck.

  3. You could go to your local ford dealer and ask them about it and if you have to sign up for something or do this or that then i would just say no thanks and walk out. But i would go down there and see what they have to say. Or what the qualifications are to get your prize

  4. Read the ticket carefully - front and back. I shouldn't be at all surprised that you don't find some kind of disclaimer in the fine print. This is called a bait and hook scam and it is designed to get you into the dealership.
