  1. From the US Dept of State web site:

"Schedule for the Foreign Service Officer Test and Associated Oral Assessment Schedule

The Foreign Service Officer Test (FSOT) will be given four times a year, each time for a period, or window, of eight days. Candidates who are invited to take the Oral Assessment should schedule their assessment to take place during the Oral Assessment window associated with their test date. The dates below may be revised periodically so applicants are advised to check this schedule frequently.

In the first week of November, scheduling will begin for the December testing window. Both domestic and international test sites will be available for all test windows. "

This link off of their web page tells you locations and dates for the oral component.
