Foreign Exchange Student Study Abroad Scholarships?

I am looking to enter a foreign exchange student program to study in France for a semester of the next school year. However, these programs cost a lot of money that I don't have and am looking to get scholarships. My GPA is a 3.91 and I earn only A's and B's. If you know of any scholarship programs that can cover either half or most of the price please let me know, that would be absolutely wonderful!

The cheapest program (but most competitive) is Rotary. AFS, YFU also offer scholarships. However, I suspect the application period for next year (for scholarship students) is closed. You could contact the organizations individually to be sure however.
