  1. 1. normally you apply a semester (or a quarter) before the semester/quarter that you want to go abroad. So, I don't think you have enough time.

    2. there are programs to apply to even if you're homeschooling. OAP (Opportunities Abroad Program) is one of them. do more research, and be careful with the fraud programs...some might not be as ideal as you think (such as living condition and how much you actually get to learn...etc.)

  2. 1. Usually you have to apply a semester or quarter ahead. So I really don't think you have enough time. But if you want to apply for the upcoming school year, you have time. But applying sooner, the better!

    2. Yes, you can still be a foreign exchange student if your homeschooled, but the process of applying might be more difficult, but you can contact the program and they will let you know how to do it.

Here a few programs you should go through:

  3. You need to get approval on both sides to do this, not to mention placement in the school abroad.  I doubt you have enough time.
