I missed the opportunity to be a foreign exchange student in high school and I am highly interested in doing such a thing. I am in college right now. Study abroad is available but only for a couple quarters ect. Do I have any other options that would be really close to something liike a foreign exchange student in college? Thanks

If you scroll down on that page you can find the University programs. They seem really good and AFS is a highly known exchange program, it's one of the best.

  2. Semester at sea.  ot foreign exchange but you can see the world on a cruise ship and get Credit for it.

ANd yes there are many exchange opportunities for college students and you you dont have to go through your own schools programs.

  3. Yes...my daughter went to school in London for a year thru an exchange program at UNC-Charlotte, stayed with a local(in London) family and absolutely loved it. Not sure where you're at but I thought most colleges had programs like this set up.
