Foreign exchange student trouble?

I have a French foreign exchange student. He recently went to the bathroom, and didn't close the door. Then he didn't wash his hands. What should I do? He's also very rude, and annoying.

Well, since he's probably gone by now, just remember how you felt and don't do the same thing when you become an exchange person yourself.  When you visit anyplace that isn't your own home, you should be a good guest which includes being open to helpful suggestions (like, "here, we wash our hands after using the toilet whether you spilled or not") without being hostile.  And you should be grateful and courteous to everyone in the household since you are their guest, you are "invading" their home so good manners leaves a very good impression.  Just learn from that bad mannered visitor and be glad he's gone!

If it were just the bathroom issue I would say just tell him, but if he's just rude and annoying call the agency and say sorry! This is not acceptable...

Well I would be glad he is going home, and when you say good bye, don't shake his hand.

Send him back with the reciept. Say that the reason you're returning him is that the company didn't send you a legitimate French student, but actually sent you a much more inexpensive Quebecois, and tried to pass him off as French. It would be too much of a hassle to try to prove you wrong, so they'll just take him back and give you a full refund to avoid any real effort on their part.

Just be thankful he is leaving in 4 days.  Start going around spraying everything with Lysol to kill his pee pee germs.  After he is gone, your mother should send a note to the agency telling them what a rotten job they did screening their students.

Just say something. Tell him to close the door when he's in the bathroom and remind him to wash his hands. Otherwise stay away from him if he's annoying.

you should let him know that in america we close the door when we go to the bathroom. or when hes going to the bathroom just walk into the bathroom and shut the door!!
