Every time I go to Roppongi, I wander why there are many foreign people in Roppongi.

Can you list their occupation??

As far as I know, some of them work at great Roppongi Hills, probably IT or Finance industry?? what about others??

Also, you know there are Starbucks coffee at down the hill of Hills Tower. I often see white and black people, who do not look neither student nor Business man. What about them?? At first, I thought they are tourist, but I gusee they are not.

Also, what makes foreigner people to gather in Roppongi??

The two most common jobs for foreigners in Tokyo by far are English teaching and finance.  Many of the people you see are probably English teachers.

"Also, what makes foreigner people to gather in Roppongi??"

When the US military occupied Japan after World War II, the US military barracks was near what is now Roppongi.  Many bars developed there to serve the soldiers.  After the US military left, the bars stayed, and became a gathering point for the foreign community of Japan.  Now there are many restaurants and clubs there also, and it remains Tokyo's most international neighborhood.  People who only speak English and not Japanese would feel out of place in Shinjuku or Ginza bars, but they can go to Roppongi and find many others who speak their language.

Many Africans work for the bars in Roppongi as bartenders, bouncers, or to go into the street to solicit customers.
