Foreign tobacco in canada?

um, i wanted to know if there are shops in canada (either victoria, BC or fort mcmurray, AB) that sell iranian/mideastern tobacco called dokha. it's a green powdery tobacco and smoked through a pipe. i can't seem to find any thing on the internet, so yeah.... and if not, would any one know an online tobacco/smoke shop that sells that kind of tobacco, alrite then, thanks. hope i get a good feed back.
