Foreigner buys a business in the US - what conditions to get work permit?

I would like to buy a restaurant in the US and move there to manage it. Is it possible for me as a foreigner? I know buying is not a problem - the issue is to obtain work permit.

If I own a business in the US will I be issued a work permit to work in my own business?

Thanks for quick answers, guys! (I changed my nickname in the meantime).

I do not think I can apply for green card, because I am neither a US citizen child, nor spouse, nor investor (I do not have 1,000,000 $ to invest) nor do I fulfil any other of the conditions required to apply for green card.

Is there any other way to be authorized to work in my own business in the US?

I will appreciate your advice greatly!

i'm not sure if you're talking about an EAD.

(employment authorisation Declaration)

but you can apply through the USCIS

apparently you can apply when you get a green card.
