Forensics?

does anyone here know what forensics is? high school competition not to be mixed up with C.S.I. i'm looking for some good poetry pieces that are modern with passion and maybe some humor?

yea man.. the NFL (s***w the football league for stealing that!)

umm.. if you've ever read The Perks of Being a Wallflower - there is a piece in there called Absolutely Nothing (it's the poem the boy sends to the girl i believe...) that would be great spliced with some other poetry. Your best bet poetry-wise is to do some splicing.

Humor - do anything. My friend did the Lion King and won a LOT of competitions. Humor isn't necessarily what the subject is, it's all in how it's performed. Be careful of doing some pieces though - you could get busted for author's intent if you take a dramatic piece and make it funny
