Question:

f******n retraction troubles.?

I am not able to retract the f******n on my p***s when i have an erection. I can do so easily when i am not erect. The moment i try doing so when i have an erection, i end up losing my erection although the f******n eventually retracts. I was told that topical steroids can help me get rid of this problem. I have a tube of Betamil GM which consists of:

BETAMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE 0.05% W/W

GENTAMICIN SULPHATE IP 0.1% W/W

MICONAZOLE NITRATE IP 2.0% W/W

CHLOROCRESOL IP 0.1% W/W (PRESERVATIVE)

Can i safely use this ointment to treat my f******n troubles at home? If yes, what's the method of the treatment?

Thanks

  1. If these steroids weren't prescribed FOR YOU, you should consult your doctor before using them.

  2. The steroid creams in and of themselves won't usually solve the problem, you probably need to do some stretching to widen the f******n opening to facilitate mobility and retraction of the f******n.

Since you can retract it when not erect, you should have enough of an opening to insert fingers and gently stretch sideways, which should be done in sessions a couple of times per day, gradually, slowly, gently, so as not to cause a lot of pain.     A very small amount of pain and discomfort should be felt, but don't try too hard, or you may damage yourself.

You do not have phimosis, as you can retract the f******n, it's just a little too tight, and this should be easily remedied in a few weeks, or a month or two.

I don't know about the safety of the cream you have, but the stretching should solve your problem.

    Best of luck to you

  3. These are not steroids. This is antibiotic cream. It is not really necessary that your f******n is retractable when erect by the way. As long as you are not in pain when hard, that is all that you need to function. A lot of guys have never seen the head of their p***s exposed ever, and suffer no ill effects.

  4. Betamethasone 0.05% is used for tight foreskins, but if that wasn't prescribed to you specifically for that purpose I would warn against using it and suggest you go and get your own. If you can't...it'll probably work though not by itself, you have to do the daily stretching as well. I believe the ointment is applied to the area and you try and pull the skin back as far as you can, once or twice a day. But you should really see a doctor for proper advice.

  5. If this cream was prescribed by a doctor, it should be safe to use, and if you worry, don't be afraid to ask the doctor. As for usage of this cream if you bought it at the drugstore, there should be instructions somewhere on it, and if not, I am sure you can find a medical website that can help you out.
