A few days ago I posted about being scared to pull my f******n back, after finally trying to do so I discovered it would not go back more than a centimetre from fully covering the head due to tightness. What can I do?

  1. Hi i would get circumcised,it did it for me,not a big deal.

  2. You can still be circumcized as an adult, my ex-boyfriend did it and he was almost 30.

  3. every time you get in the shower pull back gently every time or put on a condom and jack-off and it will get looser...but the best thing is to get circumcised

  4. Keep trying to pull it back every day, it should get looser after a while. Just pull it back as far as it will go and hold for a while then return it to its normal place. If you don't get results in a few weeks then you can see your doctor and they have a cream available that loosens tight foreskins.

  5. First off you do not need as these people keep suggesting "to go and get a circumcision" if your f******n is loose enough  to retract the first centimetre you only have a very slight problem and it will soon stretch on it's own if you are so concerned go see your doctor ( He or She ) should recommend some cream and possibly a expandable plastic ring but from what you have explained it will be just the cream treatment can take up to six months but that is in sever case's your treatment should be much quicker. Circumcision should only be recommended after all else has failed and here in the UK that would be about a1% chance of falure. these American people mean well but have been brain washed for years into believing that circumcision is the only option not true nor is it more hygienic just the opposite is true I wise these people would do some research instead of just repeating lies ,myths, rummer's and old wife's tales

  6. Type phimosis on your browser.    There are a lot of sites, in particular one called CIRP.   These give a lot of treatments about a tight f******n, which don't involve the drastic mutilation of circumcision.

There are stretching exercises, which widen the opening, when done slowly and gradually.  There is even a tool, called a glansie to assist in widening the f******n opening.

Circumcision isn't a good idea.    It destroys more than 50% of sexual sensitivity and orgasms are also reduced in intensity.    The sensitivity of the circumcised p***s continues to diminish constantly throughout the victim's life, as the tissues dry out and keratinize.

Circumcision renders the p***s incomplete, and how can you have a complete sexual experience with an incomplete p***s?

Anyway, should all else fail, there is a small operation called a preputioplasty or dorsal slit, which cuts a small slit in the f******n to facilitate retraction.

Don't let them talk you into circumcision; it is never necessary and damages the p***s and sexual ability.

The other answers were rather poor, as these individuals are totally unaware of what it is like to have a complete p***s with f******n, and the ramifications of having it removed.

  7. Very popular question..Seems a lot of people are misinformed or not taught at all, as i wasn't at a younger age. so heres my usual answer:

You have Phimosis. To help with it, try stretching exercises, when erect just pull it back as far as it will go and hold for 5 mins. Do this a few times daily.. in the shower helps, and you should see results within days/weeks. Could also try, if its possible to pull back a bit, pull it back, grab the glands with two fingers and roll the f******n up over the two fingers as far as it will go (when the ring of skin turns white). hold it there for 5 mins. Lubricant helps with this!. Or get a prescription from your doc for Betamethasone cream 0.05%. It's fairly common, and this should help. Also try rubbing vitamin E around the top and inside the f******n, which may help elasticate it. If it's more serious, you may need a preputialplasty (alternative to circumcision but with no loss of looks, sensetivity or anything, and is less painful with a fast recovery rate. With a preputialplasty:they make a small incision vertically then horizontally in your f******n, and stitch it up to have more space for your glans to appear without a total circumcision. This is a quick procedure they may even just do in a doctors office.. so may be possible privately.

Speak to your GP about it.)

    Good luck

**edit- make sure you do not pull it over the head till it is ready.. if you do, it may be too tight to reverse, and you will have a condition called paraphimosis, where the skin stops the blood flow, and then your only option is a circumcision. And if you are in the Uk, the cream that the urologist above recommends isn't available. No steroid creams here are available without prescription. You have to use betamethasone 0.05%-0.1% for around a month or so..**

  8. its called growing up, it will happen to you dw!

and to help when your in the shower, rub some baby oil onto the f******n and underneath it and gently pull back, do this each night and you should see a massive difference in a few weeks just don't try to stretch it too far! hope this helped xxxxxxxx dw worry bout it mate, it'll  be fine xxxxxx

  9. Put it back then dont do it again !

  10. A tight f******n is surprisingly common and can usually be self-treated at home in private.

It involves stretching exercises (ideally in the bath/shower) to make it easier to pull back. Be patient, because it must be stretched daily over several weeks, but it will be worth it in the end!

The below websites have some good advice:
