Forest Dot has an interesting story. The white and black b***h performed pathetically in April, before her connections decided to give her a break. The b***h made the best use of the vacation, and returned with a lot of power and energy.
The daughter of Ballymac Maeve resumed her journey with a huge bang, winning a couple of trial races at Coven. After regaining her momentum, the b***h perpetuated the fine work to win four consecutive open races here last month.
The H. Dimmock-trained was pretty impressive in her latest appearance. Despite getting crowded at the first bend, the rampant b***h managed to take lead well before the finishing line. She retained her advantage until the end, seizing the first rank by 2¾
lengths.
She is facing a star-studded line-up today. Among her rivals are: Flaming Honey, Daisy Dainty, Sherrys Rebound, Dooey Strike and Amazing Madam. The 460 metres flat race will be kicked off at 21:45 GMT. A cash prize of £150 is reserved for the successful
hound.
Daisy Dainty is returning to action after a good while. The fawn b***h went on a long vacation after suffering a terrible defeat on February 23rd. B. Adams’ charge ran well in a trial race on July 27th, when clocking the distance in
27.86 seconds. She is fresh after a long break, but needs to raise her game in order to thrive today.
Sherrys Rebound is completely out of rhythm these days. Prior to her two solo rides, the black b***h suffered an embarrassing defeat at Monmore last month. It is hard to recommend Amazing Madam, who is in bad form these days.
Dooey Strike recently did business, but at the lower grade. On the other hand, Flaming Honey ran well in defeat on last few occasions. However, confidence will be a concern for her today.
