Forest hills high school in ny 10 points?

my friend who lives in ny goes to that school and she is going to 11th grade and on her schedule it says class english 11 isnt it suppose to say english year 3?

it might mean english grade 11

It's the same thing. At my school they call it english 9 10 11 and 12. some call it year 1 2 3 or 4. Either way you spin it, it's her junior year english class
