Forever 21 orientation

Question

i just got a job at forever 21 and they told me to come to orientation on monday from 8-10 am. what do they do at orientaion? do i get paid for orietation?

They explain the basics of the job and mainly the administrative stuff-where the schedule is posted, how to clock in/out, general rules and regulations.

Some companies pay you for it, some do not.

They tell you how you do everything and tell you how much you get paid and everything you need to know about the job.

You don't get paid because it is only for a few hours though.
